James Storm vs Bobby Roode
Roode runs the ropes then gets hiptossed, and Storm gets a two count after a kneedrop then goes for a Last Call but Roode slides out to the floor. Storm throws Roode into the corner when we get back from a break, and they trade punches then Roode takes him down and rams him into the corner. Roode whips him in the corner then hits a front release suplex for two, and Storm tries to fight back with some punches but Roode flapjacks him and stomps him in the ribs. He continues to go after Storm's midsection, but Storm makes it to his feet and elbows his way out, then they trade elbows off the ropes before going punch for punch. Storm takes a kick to the stomach then whips Roode in the corner and uppercuts him on the turnbuckle and climbs up and hits a hurricanrana.
Storm kicks Roode from the apron then hits a flying forearm shot and counters Roode by hitting a Backcracker then goes up top and hits an elbow drop for two. Roode kicks him and whips him off the ropes, and Storm tries to counter with a kick but Roode pulls him in and puts him in the Crossface. Storm looks like he might tap but he rolls over and grabs the ropes, then Roode attempts a fisherman's suplex but Storm counters and goes for the Eye of the Storm. Roode slides out of that and hooks the fisherman's suplex, but Storm kicks out and Roode gets pissed then gets his title and brings it in the ring. Storm counters with a Codebreaker, but Bully Ray comes out and grabs Storm's leg while the ref gets rid of the belt and Roode spears Storm for the win. Bully Ray gets in the ring and hits an Uranage Slam on the belt, then Sting runs out to protect Storm and he helps him up.
