Jeff Hardy comes out to the ring and says he is still beat up from Sunday but he is the number one contender and the creatures will become champions on January 8th. Bully Ray comes out and interrupts him and tells Hardy that he is in a good mood considering who he is facing tonight. Ray says he must have missed the message because they are having a match tonight and he knows Hardy better than anyone else in the locker room. He says he isn't pissed off and he actually wants to thank him, because Hardy couldn't make it to Victory Road and it gave Ray the chance to take over Immortal. Ray tells him that he is taking over, and he is not a stepping stone because he is a freight train and he is going to run straight through Hardy tonight.
Wild Card Tag Team Tournament Match
Magnus & Samoa Joe vs Robbie E & Douglas Williams
Williams and Magnus trade off on a few holds before they get up and stand off, then Robbie tags in and runs the ropes but Magnus clotheslines him. Williams hits him to distract him and Robbie attacks him then tags in Williams, and he hits a running knee and a clothesline before tagging Robbie back in. Joe breaks up a pin attempt then Magnus backdrops Robbie and Williams runs in and gets clotheslined, then Joe tags in and hits a back splash for two. Williams runs the ropes but gets powerslammed, then Robbie tries for a cross body but Joe moves out of the way then kicks him in the face and hits the Muscle Buster for the win while Magnus knocks Williams out of the way.

Devon comes out to the ring and says he told Pope they would talk about their issues, and tonight seems like a good time to do it so he wants Pope to come out to talk. Pope makes his way out with Devon's kids and Devon says he doesn't know what is going on but they are his kids and he would die for their safety. He was there for their entire lives and he is training them now, and he gets that Pope does things his own way, but Devon says it is over and they are going home to train his way. Devon tells them to leave but Pope cuts them off and says he gets to tell his side, and he says his kids want a cool dad. (Cont'd…)
