Linda McMahon Wants a “Softer Approach” To Next Senate Run

The Wall Street Journal has posted a new article looking at Linda McMahon's plans for a second Senate run in 2012, and the article notes that she wants to take a "softer approach." Below is an excerpt:

"The former wrestling league chief, who ran on the Republican ticket as a steely executive, is trying a new approach: She's playing up her softer side and distancing herself from the lucrative career that first launched her into the race.

People familiar with Ms. McMahon's plans to run again for a Senate seat in 2012 say that while she won't officially declare until next month, she's already undertaking a larger push to right the wrongs of her failed race, revamping her image into a warmer, more likable figure in hopes of drawing female voters.

Ms. McMahon, the former World Wrestling Entertainment CEO, is "taking stock of what worked and what didn't in her campaign," state Republican Chairman Jerry Labriola said. "She certainly has grown a lot as a candidate."" You can read the entire article by clicking on the above link.

Nick was born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, and lived there until the age of 18, when he decided to pack his flack jacket and move to New York City.

Nick attended New York University and graduated in 2001 with a degree in Drama.

Nick first entered the internet wrestling community back in 2004 when he became the co-host of The Voice of Wrestling Radio Show. From there, Nick made the transition from radio personality to editor when he began working with WrestleZone in 2008.

Nick is a member of two Off-Broadway theatre companies, Another Urban Riff, and the Drama Desk Award winning Godlight Theatre Company. Nick has appeared in over a dozen Off-Broadway plays since he moved to New York City, and has shot several short and feature length films. In 2010, he completed principle photography on a film titled "How to Score Your Life," which also features TNA Knockout ODB.

Inspiration in his life has come from many people including his family, Woody Allen, Steven Spielberg, Jack Nicholson, The Beatles, and of course, Lassie.
