Just days after PWU announced that “The Million Dollar Man” Ted DiBiase will be on hand at Boyle’s World Gym on Dec. 6th to scout PWU’s talent, we have more news for our fans. TED DIBIASE DEBUTS DEC. 6TH TO SCOUT PWU TALENT!
Ted DiBiase, “The Million Dollar Man”, will be making a very RARE indy show appearance December 6th at Pro Wrestling Unplugged’s “We STILL Don’t Die!” Mega-event in Philadelphia, PA. His long history in this business as one of the top 100 wrestlers of all time has many of our wrestlers, and fans, very excited. What will Mr. DiBiase be doing u might be wondering? He, along with his representation from “Money Inc”, have decided to set their eyes on the talent of PWU. Ted will be talent scouting that night!! For what reason, and for whom is not known as of press time, but he is making one promise… “Everybody Has A Price for the Million Dollar Man!! I can take anyone from the indy level and make them a star. You want toy action figures made of yourself, fly first class… I can make that happen”.
We at PWU can only imagine what that means! Ted will also be on hand to sign autographs and take pictures. Be sure to pick up his new book and get it signed that night!
Also appearing that night, making his PWU debut, is “Superstar”.
Dickie Rodz. What makes this unique is the fact that Ted DiBiase has already purchased his contract! Rodz and DiBiase have been friendly with each other over the last 2 years, and Ted has taken him under his wing in different areas. Some have even gone on to say that Rodz could very well be Ted’s newest protege’. Having worked matches with Jerry Lynn, the Dudley Boys, Spike Dudley, Greg Valentine, Mike Mondo, and others garnered the attention of www.IntegrityBookings.com, the official booking agency of Ted DiBiase headed by the “Agent to the Stars”, Bobby Riedel. I believe that there is more that meets the eye in this triangle of money and power! Only time will tell…and PWU star Joe Ettell may just have to “pay the price”!!!
PAST STARS RETURNING TO PWU!!
As some of you may already know, Pro Wrestling Unplugged is set to start TV syndication in most major markets all over the U.S.A. in early 2009.
PWU founder Johnny Kashmere and the new Commish Dexter were in meetings throughout this past week at Maverick Omnicorp’s headquarters in Norfolk, VA. It appears that PWU has a few open roster spots that need to be filled as we embark into syndication. Dexter wishes to extend anywhere from 3 to 5 TV contracts to any major past PWU star that helped to build the company through the last 4 plus years. Kashmere and Dexter will be in the ring on December 6th at Boyle’s World Gym with open contracts in their hands. All the ex PWU star (or stars) has to do is show up and sign on the bottom line and the contract goes into effect immediately! Do NOT miss December 6th! Below is the full lineup as of now.
