Daniel Puder sent along the following to WrestleZone.com: (excerpt from press release): "The ugliest and easily most entertaining moment of the night came at the close of the fight between Jeff Ford and WWE veteran Daniel Puder. At 1:23 in the first round, Ford managed to dislocate his shoulder due to a slip from a botched kick. When he signaled the ref that he couldn’t continue, Puder pounded his chest and taunted the downed fighter, sending the crowd into a boo-nami of curses and catcalls. The tidal wave of disapproval continued over the post-fight interview."
Shannon Rose sent along the following to WrestleZone.com: (excerpt from press release): After hearing that the notorious Survivor contestant, Jonny Fairplay issued an open challenge for Celebrity Boxing 9: Survival, Michael Lohan, father of Lindsay Lohan, stepped up and agreed to fight Fairplay out of 1000 emails that were received by promoter Damon Feldman. “I couldn’t resist Fairplay’s challenge. He made a fool of himself once already with his Survivor scandal and he will do it again once I knock him out.” Stated Lohan. Lohan is 5’9 and 165 lbs as he fights Fairplay at 5’8 and at 155 lbs so they match up pretty close. This is Grudge Match between two bad boys that may get dirty as both will do whatever it takes to win. This match is not only a battle of Celebrity Bad Boys but also for the Vacant CBF Welterweight Title. “If I beat Michael Lohan, does that mean I get to go out with Lindsay? I hear she’s back into guys this week." Stated Jonny Fairplay.
