TNA House Show Results from Baton Rouge at the River Center 8-8-09
Pretty much the same results as the previous night’s show in Biloxi, MS. Again TNA drew arounf 1000, but in a smaller building that was cut in half, and was maybe 2/3’s full
Suicide pinned Shark Boy, and again post match Sharky hit the Chummer on Suicide after he refused to share water
Awesome Kong & Raisha Saeed defeated the Beautiful People (Love & Sky)
Homicide retained his X Division title in a three way defeating Daniels and Consequences Creed
Hernandez pinned Eric Young. Young used the mike to get heet prior to the match
Beer Money (Storm & Roode) defeated Sheik Bashir & Kioshi pinning Bashir this time. Beer Money wore LSU Jerseys and got over big as babyfaces in the process
A.J. Styles pinned Samoa Joe after a pele kick with Mick Foley as the outside enforcer
They did the post match spot again with Foley getting Eric Young in the mandible claw with "The Sock" leading to Bashir & Kiyoshi getting involved, but being run off by Foley who then posed for pics in the ring with fans.
