DOWN A STEP: Overall Show
It’s not really their fault. The last show was SummerSlam and it was one hell of an event. That being said, I’d probably put this pay per view on the same level if it wasn’t for the cheesy finish.
That, and the gimmick concept in general.
I think these gimmick pay per views are going to get old real quick. I don’t want to see three or more submission matches on one pay per view every single year. Nor do I want to see three or more "Hell in a Cell" matches on one pay per view each year. The same with TLC. I think they are weak attempts at covering for inept creativity.
That being said, the pay per view wasn’t horrible and had some good wrestling.
