Hearing delayed for gold medalist Angle of Moon

A hearing for professional wrestler and Olympic gold medalist Kurt Angle, who is accused of harassing and assaulting his former girlfriend, was continued Tuesday when the woman failed to appear.
"The alleged victim did not show up, forcing the commonwealth to move for a continuance, over our objections," said Angle’s attorney, Michael Santicola. He said the hearing was rescheduled for next month.
Angle, 40, of Moon was arrested in August after the woman obtained a protection-from-abuse order against him after the two fought. District Judge Carla Swearingen cleared Angle last month of accusations that he stalked the woman to Robinson Towne Centre.
