– In the Main Event, Justin Angel successfully defended the FCW Heavyweight Title by pinning Eric Escobar.
Notes about the show:
– FCW Talent noticeably absent from the show included Dawson Alexander, Alberto Banderas, Drew McIntyre, Johnny Curtis, Lennox McEnroe, Mia Mancini, Savannah, Sheamus, & Sweet Papi Sanchez
– It was announced that ECW original, Tommy Dreamer will be at the TV tapings at the FCW Arena on November 5th. Evan Borne, Hornswoggle, & Santino Marella will be at the October 30th show in Punta Gorda. And Edge will be at the October 23rd show in Eustis, FL.
– There was a live “Abraham Washington Show” that featured the FCW introduction of the 7’1” “Giant Pharaoh” from Mario Savoldi’s NWA On Fire.
– The audience, surprised by Lance Cade’s first appearance in a WWE ring in quite some time, greeted him with a huge pop.
– Injured list FCW Diva Penny Cash served as the timekeeper for the show.
– The main event ended with a huge brawl involving Angel, Escobar, Heath Slater, Alex Riley, Joe Hennig, Mr. FCW, and the debuting 7’2” Jackson Andrews (Cyrus from Booker T’s PWA in Texas).
– A “Halloween Costume 6-Man Tag Match” for the October 29th FCW Arena house show pits Skip Sheffield & The Rotundo Brothers vs. Curt Hawkins & The Dudebusters.
