Backstage Segement:
JB is with Jarrett and Foley and gets their thoughts on their upcoming match. Foley says that the whole time he was listening to Bischoff about manners and etiquette and kissing ass, he was thinking of ways to get rid of Bischoff, and that is what has driven him. Jarrett says that they both deserve to be in TNA and that they both have TNA pride. Foley says that he doesn’t want to be the guy to beat the founder of TNA, but they owe it to themselves and the fans how much TNA means to them by winning. Jarrett says when he was on the outs with everyone, Foley put the passion back in him. He says he owes his family and the fans, but Jarrett owes Mick too.
No Disqualification "Loser Is Fired" Match
Jeff Jarrett vs Mick Foley
Beer Money comes out first, and both Storm and Roode are the guest referees for this match. The match starts with Jarrett and Foley tying up before Foley puts Jarrett down with a shoulder block. Jarrett gains control and goes for a sunset flip but only gets a two count. They are trading pin attempts with each other and Foley is trying to keep Jarrett grounded. He goes for the doubled-armed DDT and Jarrett counters and goes for the Stroke but Foley sends him into the ropes. Roode grabs his foot and says it was an accident, and reminds Jarrett he is the referee. Foley regains control and kicks Jarrett outside of the ring. Foley sends Jarrett head first into the guardrail. Eric Bischoff comes down the ramp with an ice pack on his head. Foley and Jarrett are now fighting on the ramp and Jarrett hits Foley with a snap suplex. He brings Foley back in the ring and punches away at Foley.
Foley is barely able to get up as he is using the ropes to get up. Jarrett continues the offense as he punches Foley in the corner before hitting a DDT. Jarrett goes outside for a chair buts Foley desperately kicks Jarrett to block it. Foley goes for the pin and almost wins it but Jarrett somehow gets his foot on the rope. Foley goes for Mr. Socko and locks in the Mandible Claw. Jarrett gets his hand on the ropes but Robert Roode kicks his hand away and both men fall to the ground. Foley is behind Jarrett and locks the Mandible Claw back in but Jarrett elbows Foley to get him to release the hold. Foley now goes for the chair and charges at Jarrett with it, but Jarrett kicks it back into his face and hits the Stroke on the chair for the win.
Winner: Jeff Jarrett; Mick Foley is fired from TNA
Postmatch, Jarrett remains in the ring and he looks really upset even though he won. Foley grabs him from behind and says something to Jarrett and raises his arm. Jarrett does the same and raises Foley’s arm and they shake hands in the middle of the ring. They hug and they Foley waives goodbye to the fans as they chant "Foley, Foley" and "Thank You Mick." Bischoff says that they aren’t done just yet and tells Beer Money to give Jarrett a taste of their medicine and they beat on Jarrett in the ring. Storm puts the chair in the turnbuckle and Roode smashes Jarrett’s head into it. Jeff Hardy’s music hits and he and RVD run down to the ring to stop Beer Money and Bischoff looks pissed.
RVD gets on the mic and introduces themselves to Beer Money. He says they are just looking to have fun, and that it would be fun having a match with Beer Money tonight. RVD asks if they are in, and Robert Roode says you got it! Beer Money vs RVD & Hardy will happen later tonight.
