TNA Impact Results – March 29th 2010

 

 

We come back from a break and see a very strange video featuring Samoa Joe who hasn’t been seen or heard from since he was abducted many weeks ago. He is breathing heavily like he was beaten and only says, "They have spoken… and the results will be very different."

 

 

Orlando Jordan’s video and music are played and he is lowered down from the rafters wrapped in yellow caution tape. He bites the tape and Tenay and Taz have no clue what is going on. Jordan crawls up the ramp then makes his way through the crowd to a section that rises to reveal a sitting area occupied by the man and woman who accompanied Orlando to ringside for a match a few weeks ago. It is decorated with both male and female mannequins and he sits down and says he is "simply the greatest" to the camera.

 

 

JB is backstage with Tara and the subject is the First Blood match between her and Daffney later tonight. Tara says everybody thinks Daffney is crazy, but she knows nothing about crazy. Daffney took something precious from her and she’ll make Daffney pay. Tara says this is about blood, and that is ok with her. Daffney attacks from behind and the women fight backstage. Tara rubs Daffney’s face across a chain link door and the two continue to fight. They fight their way into the Impact Zone for their match as we go into a commercial.

 

First Blood Match for the TNA Knockouts Championship

Tara and Daffney are fighting on the ramp as the bell finally ring to make this match official. Tara throws Daffney into the stage and they close to the announcing position. Daffney is screaming at the referee to check for blood as she is biting Tara’s head. They are now fighting each other right on top of the announcing table as Tenay and Taz are trying to get out the way. Tara drags Daffney down to the floor and Daffney starts kicking away at Tara before throwing her into part of the stage. Daffney wraps a cable around Tara’s throat and drags her to the ring. Tara fights off the attack and rolls into the ring. Daffney breaks a broomstick and goes after Tara with the now sharp edge. She tries stabbing Tara with it like a vampire stake but Tara reverses it and hits the Widow’s Peak. She picks herself up and grabs a toolbox and absolutely blasts Daffney in the head with it. The referee checks on Daffney and sees she is bleeding and declares Tara the winner. Daffney sees the blood and laughs hysterically before licking the blood and acting like she enjoyed what had just happened.
