Maria Kanellis posts an update.
ROH’s Maria Kanellis previously announced that she had a mass on her adrenal gland. She noted that she would be meeting with an endocrinologist surgeon. Kanellis wrote that it was inconclusive as to whether it was cancer.
On July 30, Maria Kanellis posted an update on social media. She wrote that she went to her doctor’s appointment, and it was determined that surgery would be necessary. Kannelis wrote that the mass was “borderline what they get concerned about.”
“I went to my doctor’s appointment today at Rush,” Maria Kanellis wrote. The next steps are blood work and a possible 24 hour urine test. From there I will be scheduling surgery for most likely some time in September. The mass I have is borderline what they get concerned about and biopsy is not an option. I will be having a retroperitoneoscopic andrenalectomy and they will biopsy the mass after.”

Maria Kanellis Recently Returned To ROH
While dealing with her health issues, Kanellis recently returned to ROH programming. At ROH Death Before Dishonor, MxM Collection (Mansoor and Mason Madden) beat Angelico and Serpentico.
After the bell, Kanellis came to the stage and told the duo “good work.” MxM stood by Kanellis and teased an alliance.
Kanellis has previously managed The Kingdom (Matt Taven and Mike Bennett).
