TNA Slammiversary: The Rascalz Reunite With Wes Lee To Face NXT’s No Quarter Catch Crew

The Rascalz have reunited with Wes Lee, and will team together against the No Quarter Catch Crew

NXT’s Wes Lee joined his former teammates in The Treehouse on last night’s TNA Impact. He joined Zachary Wentz and Trey Miguel, who referenced his past as Desmond Xavier when he was in TNA and a part of their group.

He numerously claimed he was neither a hologram nor a clone. Wes Lee then suggested that The Rascalz reunite at TNA Slammiversary, to take on NXT’s No Quarter Catch crew in a six-man tag team match.

That match has now been confirmed, so the reunited Rascalz will battle Charlie Dempsey, Myles Borne and Tavion Heights at the event.

The trio teamed together on last week’s NXT, beating Gallus in six-man tag action. It will be the first time Wes Lee teams with Zachary Wentz since the former Nash Carter was fired from WWE in 2022.

TNA Slammiversary 2024 is taking place at the Verdum Auditorium in Montreal, Quebec, Canada on July 20th, 2024.

TNA Slammiversary: Two Other Matches Were Announced On TNA Impact

As well as The Rascalz reuniting at TNA Slammiversary, two other matches have been announced to take place at the event.

The first sees Matt Hardy taking on JDC (formerely Fandango in the WWE) in a singles match. JDC injured Reby Hardy after The Hardys failed to win the TNA Tag Team tiles from The System on Impact.

Jeff Hardy was taken away in an ambulance after the match. Due to this, Matt Hardy will be alone for this clash in Canada.

The next match has come out of left field, but could be a dark horse for “match of the night”. Former AEW star Mike Santana will face Jake Something in a singles match at TNA Slammiversary.

It was announced on TNA Impact this week, after Santana faced JDC. He attacked the former WWE star with a chair, causing their match to be thrown out by the referee. This led to the company announcing Santana vs Jake Something at the event.
