Hikaru Shida has officially entered the 2024 Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament.
During Saturday’s episode of AEW Collision, Shida appeared in a brief vignette to confirm that she would be entering the tournament, and plans to get revenge on her loss in the last tournament.
Shida, who hasn’t appeared on a program since her Ring of Honor Women’s World Championship loss to Athena at Ring of Honor Supercard of Honor in April, said that she plans to reclaim her status as a champion, and get a title shot at AEW All In.
So far, the 2024 Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament will feature Shida, Kris Statlander, Willow Nightingale, and Mariah May.
