WWE NXT star Gigi Dolin has been out of action due to an injury, according to a new report.
Gigi Dolin last wrestled on the March 12 episode of WWE NXT. There, she lost to Arianna Grace via disqualification. She then appeared in taped segments on NXT TV as part of her storyline with Grace. However, the program was seemingly dropped, and Dolin has been absent ever since.
Sean Ross Sapp and Corey Brennan of Fightful (via Fightful Select) report that Gigi Dolin has been out of action due to a serious knee injury. The report notes that Dolin was recently seen with a knee brace.
Per Brennan, Dolin’s storyline with Grace had been dropped, but Sapp confirmed that she was still with the company. Sapp also confirmed that there had been discussions about her potential future on the main roster. Dolin previously got looks by WWE at multiple tapings of WWE Main Event. She has also appeared on WWE SmackDown twice in 2022.
Additionally, the report notes that Gigi Dolin has been absent from NXT tapings for some time, and her segments with Grace were taped outside of the WWE Performance Center.
