TNA Announces Nemeth Bros Tag Debut, More For 6/13 Episode Of Impact

With less than one week to go before its Against All Odds event, TNA announced several matches for the go-home episode of Impact.

Next Thursday on TNA Impact, Dani Luna will be going head to head with Tasha Steelz. Adding to this, more women will be in action, as Masha Slamovich takes on Marti Belle.

Last week, the Rascalz attacked Mike Santana and knocked him out in the center of the ring. Next week, the former AEW wrestler will finally get his chance to take revenge on the faction. He will be wrestling former NXT World Tag Team Champion Zachary Wentz. Lastly, the Nemeth brothers will be teaming up for the first time on TNA TV to take on the team of ABC, Ace Austin and Chris Bey.

The Card for TNA Against All Odds is also stacked. TNA World Heavyweight Champion Moose will be defending his title against Matt Hardy. The TNA World Tag Team Titles will be on the line as the champions Eddie Edwards and Bryan Myers will defend the belts against Nic and Ryan Nemeth.

Adding to this, the TNA Knockouts Champion Jordynne Grace will also be issuing an open challenge for her championship at the pay-per-view.

Name game

Recently, while speaking to Wrestlezone, Nic Nemeth opened up about why he chose to use his real name in his post-WWE career. Nemeth said he considered using some kind of link to Dolph Ziggler, but opted for a fresh start instead.

“It’s really weird with me. It’s not somebody that was like a character in WWF 20 years ago for six months and they would love to use it on the independents but they can’t or whatever. It is so associated with me for fifteen consecutive years, that it is weird to not use it. So, I don’t want to take advantage of it and be like, ‘Guys look, I’m making money on it.’ But I did wanna have like, DZ or something, so just, you could [still have some link or association]. A lot of people don’t know my real name and that’s fine. But I say, ‘You know what? Let’s do a clean break, let’s start all over.’”
