WWE legend Marty Jannetty has got married at the age of 64.
The tag team specialist became famous as part of “The Rockers” in the AWA and WWE. He wrestled alongside Shawn Michaels, but struggled once the pair broke up and had a somewhat difficult singles career.
In recent years, Marty Jannetty has become infamous for his social media presence over the past few years. Whether it was admitting to murder or wanting to sleep with his daughter, his posts are always cause for some kind of concern.
However, he has some happier news today! Marty Jannetty has got married, as reported by Gerweck.net.
They reported that Marty Jannetty married Addie Galapon in a recent service, which was performed by the wife of Brutus “The Barber” Beefcake, Missy Beefcake.
Gerweck also posted on Twitter a photo of the ceremony, which shows Jannetty and Galapon posing at their wedding.
Miss Beefcake posted a video to Twitter of the pair at the ceremony, posing and looking happy during their wedding ceremony. She accompanied this with a caption, congratulating the pair after officiating their wedding.
“I had the extreme pleasure of uniting these two in Holy Matrimony,” Missy Beefcake wrote. “Congratulations to Marty Janetty and his MRS. Addie!!!!”
Marty Jannetty Was Concussed From A Kevin Nash Powerbomb
Marty Jannetty was a guest on 1 Of A Kind with Rob Van Dam. They discussed concussions in wrestling, with Jannetty revealing he once suffered a concussion off a Kevin Nash jackknife power bomb.
“I remember Joey Marella [a former WWE referee], especially what’s his name? Big ass boy, six foot 12, Kevin Nash. He gave me that powerbomb thing he was doing over in England. Big sold-out crowd, 20 – 30,000, whatever it was. At the time, he was still doing Diesel. He was going as Diesel. You know, Shawn’s [Michaels] bodyguard.”
“And man, he did that thing, and the place went, ahhh! I’m like, why? He’s a heel! Why are you cheering? Next thing I know, I’m looking up at Joey Marella, remember him? Joey Marella, he’s looking at me, and I’m looking at him and thinking, why are you looking at me?”
“He’s like, ‘Bro, straighten your eyes out.’ I’m like, what? He’s like, ‘You got knocked out, bro.’ I was like, how long have I been here? He goes a while, so you don’t even know. I mean, it could be one second, or it could be like whatever that was.”
