NWA Powerrr Results (5/21/24): NWA Crockett Cup Begins

On May 21, the National Wrestling Alliance delivered an action-packed show with the newest episode of NWA Powerrr. The episode featured first-round matches in the Crockett Cup tournament.

  • Tiffany Nieves & Reka Tehaka def. Ruthie Jay & Lauren Rosa Negra
  • At the podium, the Southern 6 and Pretty Empowered hype up their upcoming matches. 
  • NWA World Junior Heavyweight Champion Joe Alonso def. Damian Fenrir
  • In a post-match interview, Joe Alonzo looks forward to defending the title at NWA Crockett Cup. He targets Alex Taylor
  • Daisy Kill and Talos are interviewed about their Crockett Cup match with The Stew Crew. The Slime Ballz express their excitement about competing in the Crockett Cup. 
  • A video package highlights NWA Return to the Territories. It is noted that Matt Cardona will be present. 
  • Vampiro delivers a cryptic message. The feed glitches, and NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion EC3 is shown. 
  • Crockett Cup Quarterfinal: #2 Trevor Murdoch & Mike Knox def. #15 Miserably Faithful
  • Aron Stevens comes out and talks some trash. Eric Smalls hits him below the belt
  • Backstage, Joe Cazana hypes up the Country Gentlemen and the Stew Crew heading into the Crockett Cup. 
  • Crockett Cup Quarterfinal: #10 Looks That Kill (Bryan Idol & Natalia Markova) def. #7 Jax Dane & Tim Storm via DQ when Storm refused to break the hold after Markova reached the ropes. Storm was seemingly in a trance. 
  • Dane and Idol try to break the hold, but Storm doesn’t let it go. Mims and Austin Idol come out, and the show ends with Storm still wrenching the hold.
