Skye Blue thanks everyone for their support.
At the ROH taping in Edmonton on May 8, a fan was ejected for harassing Skye Blue during her match. AEW referee Aubrey Edwards and Rachael Ellering both spoke about the incident on social media. Ellering noted that she had never heard such vulgar things being said to talent during a match.
Edwards stated there was no place for yelling “disgusting, vile, hateful things” at talent.
On May 10, Skye Blue took to Twitter to comment on the situation. She said that she was overwhelmed with all the love and support. Blue thanked everyone and expressed her appreciation. She noted that she wanted to make sure that future generations of women’s wrestlers would not have to deal with “this shit.”
