Naomi and IYO SKY will clash in a non-title match on the March 22 episode of WWE SmackDown.
WWE announced that WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY will face Naomi in a singles bout on Friday.
The preview, courtesy of WWE’s website, is as follows:
“Tonight on SmackDown, Naomi’s biggest match since her return goes down as she contends with WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY just two weeks away from WrestleMania.
Naomi has recently shown sympathy toward Bayley, the very Superstar that initially founded Damage CTRL but has now found herself ejected from the faction and without any allies to turn to.
This changed last week, as Naomi attempted to help The Role Model as she was getting beat down by Damage CTRL.
Now, Naomi gets to tangle with The Genius of the Sky in a first-time matchup.
Who will gain the upper hand just two weeks away from The Showcase of the Immortals?”
