A new match has been announced for WWE WrestleMania 40.
During the March 15 episode of WWE SmackDown, LA Knight appeared before the crowd in Memphis to address AJ Styles attacking him inside the Elimination Chamber. Knight talked about how Styles flew all the way to Perth, Australia, for that but couldn’t be bothered to show back up at SmackDown.
Knight then laid out the challenge for a singles match at WrestleMania because he knows Styles will be there. Styles then ran out and attacked Knight from behind with a chair on the ramp. Styles propped the chair on top of Knight and declared that he accepts the challenge as officials attempted to separate them.
