The road to WWE Royal Rumble continues to heat up, and on the go-home edition of WWE RAW on January 22, three hopeful winners clashed in a brief showdown. Nia Jax came to the ring and stated that Rhea Ripley knew she couldn’t beat her, so she wanted to face Becky Lynch at WrestleMania. She also pointed out that she had already “squashed” Lynch.
“The Man” then interrupted her and said that nobody in the locker room liked Jax, as she had likely injured half of them. Lynch started to turn her attention to the Royal Rumble when Bayley interrupted.
The WWE SmackDown star made a special appearance on the red brand to tell Lynch and Jax that she was the one who would be winning the Royal Rumble and pointing at the WrestleMania sign. She took the fight to Lynch, but Jax gained the upper hand over the duo and laid Lynch out with a dropkick.
