NJPW has confirmed multiple major matches for NJPW The New Beginning in Osaka, including Bryan Danielson’s return.
NJPW announced that Bryan Danielson and Zack Sabre Jr. will face off in an AEW WrestleDream rematch. Sabre Jr.. and his TMDK stablemates beat Danielson’s team at NJPW New Year Dash. After Sabre Jr. challenged him to a rematch, Danielson seemingly accepted, and they will collide in Osaka.
Additionally, two title matches have been announced. KENTA and Chase Owens will challenge Hikuleo and El Phantasmo for the IWGP Tag Team Championship. Additionally, Kazuchika Okada, Hiroshi Tanahashi, and Tomohiro Ishii will put the NEVER Openweight Six-Man Tag Team Championship on the line against TMDK.
Finally, in Will Ospreay’s last match in NJPW, United Empire will wage war with Bullet Club War Dogs in a Steel Cage Match.
