Tyler Bate is here to stay on WWE SmackDown.
On the special “New Year’s Revolution” episode of WWE SmackDown on January 5, Tyler Bate made his debut as he was revealed as Butch’s mystery partner. The duo then defeated Pretty Deadly (Elton Prince and Kit Wilson).
WWE subsequently added Bate to the SmackDown roster on their official website.
Tyler Bate has been wrestling for WWE since 2017. He was previously a featured member of the NXT UK roster. Bate was the inaugural NXT UK Champion, and he was also the last superstar to hold the gold before the title unification match at NXT Worlds Collide 2022. He is also a former NXT UK Heritage Cup Champion, an NXT UK Tag Team Champion, and an NXT Tag Team Champion.
