In the main event, Matt Riddle battled Jacob Fatu. Plus, Richard Holliday challenged Alex Kane for the MLW World Heavyweight Championship.

- Satoshi Kojima was announced as the new top contender for the MLW World Heavyweight Title. Sami Callihan interrupted Kojima, and they brawled.
