CJ Perry has been involved in a very scary medical situation over the past several days.
Saturday night, the All Elite Wrestling star announced on social media that she had to go to the emergency room for an infection in her finger that had spread to her arm.
Perry took to Instagram last night to provide an update on her condition following her surgery, posting the following statement:
“I have been in the hospital since Saturday fighting a fatal infection that came from getting a small splinter backstage at work this past Wednesday. Please keep me in your prayers. And everyone really take care of any cuts you get. As small as a splinter can turn into a deadly infection. Love all of you guys and thank you to everyone who has reached out. *Three red heart emojis*,” CJ Perry said in a post.
While the swelling in Perry’s finger has gone down considerably, the All Elite Wrestling star remains hospitalized for the time being.
