Ethan Page is really excited about relaunching Alpha-1 Wrestling in 2024.
All Elite Wrestling’s Ethan Page recently sat down with WrestleZone’s Managing Editor Bill Pritchard. When asked about the upcoming relaunch of his Canadian independent promotion Alpha-1 Wrestling, Page said the reception has been great so far.
“Of course. We just actually dropped a video,” Ethan Page said. “The reception has been great. We just put tickets out. Everything is available now at physical locations only for now. I wanted to give something very localized to my city. Hey, if you’re a die-hard and you want to drive into Hamilton to buy your tickets, kudos to you. Do your thing. I just really love Hamilton, and I wanted to give them something special. All the info is available at A1Wrestling.com.
“We got a stacked card. The two big matches that we just announced are Ortiz taking on Kody Lane. We’ve got Alec Price taking on Daniel Garcia. And I just announced too that I’ll physically be in the house. So Ethan Page returning to Hamilton on February 4th, 2024. There you go.”
Ethan Page loves giving back to Canada
When asked how it feels to be the booker of Alpha-1, Page said it’s one of the favorite things he’s done in his entire wrestling career.
“One of my favorite things I’ve ever done in my career was booking and running Alpha-1,” Page said. “So, for me, honestly, it’s just to give back to the wrestling community in Canada and to my home hometown of Hamilton.”
