Kevin Owens suffered an injury on the December 1 episode of WWE SmackDown, according to an official update from WWE.
On Friday night, Kevin Owens faced Grayson Waller in a singles bout. Throughout the match, Waller attacked Owens’ hand, and the commentary team suggested that Owens may have suffered a broken hand. In a SmackDown Exclusive after the show, Owens was getting ready to get an X-ray on his hand.
In an update, WWE’s official Twitter account announced that Owens fractured his fourth and fifth metacarpal. Additional details were not provided. It is not clear how the injury will affect him and his ability to compete.
