Former WWE Superstar and current IMPACT Wrestling star Steve Maclin is growing to be one of the most popular talents in the world of professional wrestling. The former IMPACT Wrestling World Heavyweight Champion recently met his former colleague.
One of the people whom the former IMPACT Wrestling World Champion met up with was Steve Corino. Corino is a Canadian-based professional wrestler. He is currently retired from in-ring action. The former wrestler is presently signed with WWE. He is a trainer and producer in the company.
Maclin took to Twitter to mention that Steve Corino was the one who truly believed in The Forgotten Sons, and more importantly he believed in both Wesley Blake and Steve Maclin.
“A guy who believed and pushed for @TheWestinBlake and I more than anyone. Always good to see him and glad I can call the “King of Old School” @KINGCorino a friend,” Steve Maclin tweeted.
Steve Maclin claims PCO is the Jason Voorhees of professional wrestling
Recently the former WWE Superstar shared with WrestleZone’s Bill Pritchard his thoughts about wrestling veteran PCO.
“I think he’s Jason Voorhees. He’s more the Jason Voorhees just because of the evolution. Jason, he got electrocuted to be brought back to life. He’s underwater — just so many different ways he was brought back to life. And that’s PCO, he’s not human. It blows my mind. But just for as much as he can take, I have obviously shown that I can overcome and beat him, something Bully never did,” Maclin pointed out.
“It’s one of those things, you don’t know what you’re going to get from him at times, other than knowing that he can take it and take it and take it, but he [won’t] stay down. But for some reason, always a nut shot works,” he noted. At least he’s still got his giblets down there, I guess,” Steve Maclin said.
