Will Ospreay is newly All Elite, but he will be wrapping up with New Japan Pro-Wrestling. NJPW has announced that Ospreay will be at one of the company’s first big shows of 2024.
NJPW officially announced Ospreay as part of the lineup for NJPW Battle in the Valley on January 13, 2024. The event will come just a few days after NJPW Wrestle Kingdom 18 on January 4. Kazuchika Okada, Giulia, Eddie Kingston, Shingo Takagi, and other stars have also been announced for NJPW Battle in the Valley.
Ospreay was confirmed as AEW’s new blockbuster signing at AEW Full Gear. He appeared at the show, signed his contract, and noted that he would be finishing up with NJPW before he fully joined AEW. The two companies have a strong working relationship, so Ospreay will still reportedly be able to work NJPW dates. More details about his signing can be found here.
