MJF comments on tying the record for the longest AEW World Championship reign.
On October 31, MJF tied Kenny Omega’s record for having the longest world title reign in AEW history. He guaranteed that he would do so by retaining the gold against Omega on the October 28 episode of AEW Collision.
MJF took to Twitter to note that he was a few hours away from setting the new record. He stated that he has grown a lot during his reign, but he’s not yet satisfied. MJF wrote that he wants to get the title itself back, as Bullet Club Gold stole it from him. He also made it clear that he wants to beat The Gunns and Jay White in his respective title matches at AEW Full Gear.
Additionally, MJF wrote that he wants to reach 365 days as the champion and go down as the greatest AEW World Champion of all time.
MJF also noted that his journey towards immortality continues on the November 1 episode of AEW Dynamite.
WrestleZone will have coverage of AEW Dynamite as it airs on November 1.
