A change has been made in the NXT Women’s Breakout Tournament.
WWE announced that Jakara Jackson has not been medically cleared to compete in the tournament. Jackson was scheduled to face Arianna in the opening round of the tournament. In the announcement, WWE stated that Brinley Reece will take Jackson’s place. The match will mark Reece’s debut on NXT TV. Kelani Jordan will face the winner of the bout in the semifinals.
As of this writing, additional details are unclear.
Jakara Jackson last wrestled at the NXT live event on September 23. There, she and Lash Legend defeated Kiyah Saint and Lyra Valkyria.
