A four-way title bout has been added to WWE NXT No Mercy.
During the September 26 episode of WWE NXT, Tony D’Angelo and Channing “Stacks” Lorenzo met with three other tag teams for a “family dinner.” There, Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo, The Creed Brothers (Julius and Brutus Creed), and OTM (Lucien Price and Bronco Nima) all expressed their interest in challenging for the gold.
At the end of the dinner, Tony D’Angelo ultimately revealed that he and “Stacks” will defend their NXT Tag Team Championship in a four-way against Angel Garza and Humberto Carrillo, The Creed Brothers, and Lucien Price and Bronco Nima at NXT No Mercy on September 30.
Price and Nima have quickly established themselves as a force to be reckoned with. They defeated Hank Walker and Tank Ledger on September 26.
The Creed Brothers, former NXT Tag Team Champions, were recently reinstated to NXT after they beat The Dyad. They will aim to regain the gold at No Mercy. Meanwhile, Angel and Garza recently reunited with a renewed focus on the gold.
