A tag team match has been announced for next week’s WWE SmackDown.
The September 1 episode of SmackDown saw Shotzi defeat Bayley via pinfall after Charlotte Flair came out to neutralize WWE Women’s Champion IYO SKY at ringside. Bayley asked SKY to use her title belt against Shotzi, but those plans were thwarted by “The Queen.”
As a result of the encounter, WWE has announced that Flair and Shotzi will join forces to take on SKY and Bayley on the September 8 SmackDown in Boston.
As of this writing, the tag bout is the only item confirmed for next week. WrestleZone will have complete coverage as the show airs.
