To kick off this AEW event-filled holiday weekend what better way than taking a look at the new Diamond Select AEW Gallery Diorama CM Punk and Jon Moxley sculptures!
You can currently get these two over on the Diamond Select website or online retailers like Big Bad Toy Store or Entertainment Earth!
CM Punk Gallery Diorama Sculpture
CM Punk comes in a large box with windows so you can see him clearly inside for those of you who keep their collectibles mint on card. The box is colorful with AEW logos and paint splatters before they transitioned to their newer look. He’s protected by a nice plastic bubble to prevent any damage in transit or storage.
Once you remove him from the box you can see him poised atop a platform that is supposed to mimic the AEW ring minus the ropes. He stands, or sits in this case, at roughly 10-inches tall. He’s sitting with his legs crossed and a mic in his hand as he does another pipe bomb on the AEW crowd this time. The little tacks on the mat and even the dog collar are a really cool touch. Definitely look closely!
Overall, the likeness is decent. The detail in his tattoos and shirt as well as his kick pads are really nice. His hands don’t have his tattoos unfortunately but overall it’s super detailed. The best part, too, is that even though it’s a sculpture it is not super fragile, so don’t be nervous about displaying him.
Jon Moxley Gallery Diorama Sculpture
Moxley also comes in a similar style box, his being a bit taller due to his pose standing a top a chair near a guard rail. You can also see him clearly through the windows of the box as he points menacingly with the AEW title over his shoulder. He, too, is protected by a nice plastic bubble to prevent any damage in transit or storage.
Once removed from the box you can see Moxley standing tall next to an AEW guard rail. The detail in this one is super cool with the chair and even the flooring. His hair is also all messed up much before he went with his newer buzzed haircut he rocks these days. The detail in the AEW title is also a nice touch.
Overall, the likeness on him is also decent. The details really pop on this one throughout the display stand as well as his pants and the title. Overall, it truly recreates his iconic entrance in all its glory. He, too, isn’t fragile, so don’t worry about his fingers snapping off or anything. Regardless, still be gentle with them being they’re awesome collectibles!
Shout out to Diamond Select for sending those over for me to take a look at. You can see nice, high-res photos below in all their glory. You can also pre-order the upcoming Bryan Danielson one coming out and check out the images of the Sting and Jericho ones coming later on as well here. Happy All Out weekend!
