Donald Trump had a really bigly day on Thursday.
Trump was booked in Fulton County jail on Thursday on charges that he conspired to overturn the results of the 2020 presidential election in the state. Trump is facing 13 separate counts in Georgia, including racketeering and fraud charges.
Donald Trump was fingerprinted and had to take a mugshot (booking photo). The latter was released to the public on Thursday night. Trump, a 2013 Celebrity Wing inductee in the WWE Hall of Fame, is facing charges in four separate criminal cases. This was his first mugshot.
Donald Trump is not the first WWE Hall Of Famer to be arrested. But he is the first former United States President to get his mugshot taken.
August 24 was also marked by Trump’s long-awaited return to Twitter. Trump had been banned from the social media platform after the U.S. Capitol riot on January 6, 2021. New owner Elon Musk reinstated his Twitter account in November 2022, but Trump had not resumed posting.
