WWE is loading up the card for the August 29 episode of WWE NXT.
As announced during the August 22 episode, the NXT Global Heritage Invitational will begin next week. The eight-man tournament will determine who will challenge Noam Dar for the NXT Heritage Cup Championship at NXT No Mercy on September 30. Dar beat Nathan Frazer to win the trophy on Tuesday night.
Plus, Tiffany Stratton’s appearance during NXT Heatwave led to a slew of potential challengers coming out to stake their claim at a future title shot. Following that, it has been confirmed that Roxanne Perez, Blair Davenport, Gigi Dolin, and Kiana James will compete in a four-way number one contender’s match week.
Elsewhere on the show, The Creed Brothers will face The Dyad in a Steel Cage match. If Brutus and Julius win, they will be reinstated to the roster. The Creed Brothers issued the challenge on the August 22 episode.
