Shinsuke Nakamura explained his actions, and Seth Rollins gave him a shot at the gold.
On the August 7 episode of WWE RAW, Nakamura, WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins, and Cody Rhodes defeated The Judgment Day. After the bell, Nakamura blindsided Rollins with a surprise attack and left him lying.
In an interview on August 14, Nakamura stated that he wants the world title. He spoke in Japanese and again made it clear that he had his sights set on the gold. Rollins interrupted and shared his belief that he didn’t think Nakamura was telling the full story. He stated that he wasn’t hard to find, and he was a fighting champion. Rollins told that Nakamura simply had to ask for a shot.
Rollins emphasized that he was focused on getting even. He revealed that Nakamura would be getting what he wanted, as he would be getting a shot at the gold. Rollins told Nakamura to name the time and the place. Nakamura whispered something in Rollins’ ear and walks away. Whatever he said clearly upset Rollins. Nakamura then dropped Rollins with a Kinshasha.
As of this writing, there is no word on when Seth Rollins will face Nakamura. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
