FTR retained their AEW World Tag Team Championships on Saturday night, and made a very big challenge shortly after.
During tonight’s episode of AEW Collision, FTR defeated Brian Cage & Big Bill in a title match. Despite the challengers looking like they might sneak a win in early after Bill began to attack Dax Harwood. However, the champions would eventually regain momentum, and things came to a relatively quick end after the championship duo hit the Shatter Machine on Cage for the win.
Dax Harwood got on the microphone after the match and said they are gonna get in trouble tonight, but they are in the Carolinas so it’s okay. Harwood then detailed the last decade of FTR’s career and how they’ve held championship gold everywhere they’ve gone.
Harwood went on to say that there is one thing left for FTR to do to become the greatest tag team of all time, and that’s beat The Young Bucks. FTR wants a rubber match with The Young Bucks at All In for the AEW World Tag Team Titles.
