Seth Rollins: I Think The Sky’s Limit For LA Knight

WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins believes that the sky is the limit for LA Knight.

Knight has become one of the hottest stars in WWE in recent months. Fans continue to rally around him, as he gets some of the loudest pops of the night on a regular basis.

Speaking with Ryan Gaydos for Fox News Digital, Rollins shared his thoughts on Knight’s surging popularity.

“It’s great, man. It’s fantastic,” Rollins said. “We just got so many talents right now that are just clearing everybody else. If there’s not 100 hot guys, there’s a bunch of new ones coming up. Everybody’s just hitting right at the right time.

“The LA Knight thing, he’s got a call and response thing with the audience. He’s got that feeling that he’s being held down a little bit. He’s got that chip on his shoulder. In some ways, he’s just a throwback to the Attitude Era.”

Rollins also acknowledged that Knight has been compared to The Rock and “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. He stated that these comparisons are a win, especially from a popularity standpoint.

“I know he’s received a lot of comparisons to The Rock and ‘Stone Cold’ Steve Austin, some people mocking him for that. But, I mean, those two are some of the most popular superstars in the history of our industry. I think any comparison you’re going to get to them, especially from a popularity standpoint, is a win.”

Kevin Nash recently apologized for his criticism of LA Knight. Click here to see what he had to say.

Seth Rollins Is Excited About LA Knight

In the same interview, Rollins made it clear that he was happy to see Knight get an opportunity to thrive. He stated that he believes that the sky is the limit for the self-proclaimed megastar. Rollins also noted that he’s looking forward to seeing what’s next.

“I think the sky’s the limit for him,” Rollins said. “I’m looking forward to seeing kind of where this renewed, invigorated passion for LA Knight kinda leads his character and leads him in the next year. It’s really going to be fascinating to watch.”

Knight will face Sheamus on the August 4 episode of WWE SmackDown. More information is available here.
