After the July 19 taping of AEW Dynamite, All Elite Wrestling taped matches for the July 21 episode of AEW Rampage from the TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts.

- Darby Allin won the Royal Rampage by last eliminating Swerve Strickland. As a result, Allin earned a shot at the TNT Championship at AEW All Out.
- AEW TBS Championship: Kris Statlander (c) defeated Marina Shafir (with Nyla Rose)
- The Acclaimed (Max Caster & Anthony Bowens) & “Daddy Ass” Billy Gunn defeated QT Marshall, Aaron Solo & Johnny TV
