Ring of Honor Results – July 13, 2023

Ring of Honor Wrestling on HonorClub kicked off with Matt Sydal trying to cut a promo backstage, but he’s interrupted by Brian Cage and Prince Nana. Sydal says Cage might have defeated him on Rampage, but he can’t defeat him at Ring of Honor.

Brian Cage challenges Matt Sydal to find two partners and take on The Embassy tonight. Sydal says to put the titles on the line, and Cage agrees. There will be a match for the Ring of Honor Six-Man Tag Team Titles later on tonight.

Big Bill defeated Serpentico

  • Big Bill hit a chokeslam on Serpentico to score the pinfall victory.

An Eliminator Tournament for a title shot at Ring of Honor World Television Champion Samoa Joe will kick off on tonight’s show with Dalton Castle vs. Tony Nese and Shane Taylor vs. Shawn Dean. The winner of the tournament will face Samoa Joe for the title at Death Before Dishonor.

Ring of Honor Women’s World Champion Athena defeated Ava Lawless in a non-title match

  • Athena locked a crossface submission on Ava Lawless to win the match via submission.

Athena slams Ava Lawless’ face into the championship after the match is done.

The Righteous and Stu Grayson defeated Michael Allen Richard Clark, Levi Knight, and Evan Rivers

  • Evil Uno comes out during the match and watches on from a steel chair at ringside. The Righteous and Stu Grayson hit a triple-team move on Michael Allen Richard Clark and Dutch pins him to score the victory for his team.

Evil Uno attacks Clark with a chair after the match and tells Grayson that he knows where he belongs.

Matt Sydal is interviewed again backstage asking if he’s found his partners for tonight’s title match, Sydal reveals that Christopher Daniels and Darius Martin will be his tag team partners for tonight.

Leyla Hirsch defeated Bambi Hall

  • Leyla Hirsch locks on the cross-arm breaker on Bambi Hall to win the victory via submission.

Dalton Castle (w/ The Boys) defeated Tony Nese (w/ Smart Mark Sterling and Ari Daivari) in a TV Title Eliminator Tournament match

  • Dalton Castle hit The Bangarang on Tony Nese to score the pinfall victory.

Shane Taylor defeated Captain Shawn Dean in a TV Title Eliminator Tournament match

  • Shane Taylor hit a running forearm on Shawn Dean to score the pinfall victory.

It will be Dalton Castle taking on Shane Taylor next week. The winner will earn the right to face Samoa Joe for the Ring of Honor World Television Championship the following night at Death Before Dishonor.

The Kingdom defeated The Boys

  • The Kingdom hit Rockstar Supernova on one The Boys. Mike Bennett pinned them to score the pinfall victory for his team.

The Mogul Embassy defeated Matt Sydal, Christopher Daniels, and Darius Martin to retain the Ring of Honor Six-Man Tag Team Titles

  • Brian Cage hit the Drill Claw on Matt Sydal to score the pinfall victory and retain their titles

The Mogul Embassy celebrated with their titles as Ring of Honor goes off the air.
