Jon Moxley: I Am The Best F*cking Wrestler In The World, I’ll Have It All In New Japan

Jon Moxley wants to make more history.

Tokyo Sports recently spoke with Jon Moxley during his tour in New Japan Pro-Wrestling. Moxley defeated El Desperado in a ‘Final Death’ match at night two of NJPW STRONG Independence Day.

Moxley shared his desire to one day win the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship, noting how it’d be a historic win.

“I’ve been the WWE World Heavyweight Champion and the AEW World Champion, but I haven’t been IWGP World Heavyweight Champion yet,” Moxley told Tokyo Sports (via translation). “I’ve won all three titles. I don’t think there’s anyone out there who’s wrapped up? If I’m going to fight SANADA, I have an image of myself as the IWGP World Champion, so it might be interesting.”

I’ll Have It All

During his post-fight press conference, Jon Moxley restated his desire to dominate New Japan Pro-Wrestling and win its top prize.

“I said it out there, I’ll say it again — thank you Japan. Thank you Tokyo. This place is special in my heart and always will be. Every time I come to Korakuen Hall, Tokyo, New Japan Pro-Wrestling,” Moxley said, “I will give you every single bit of whatever the fuck I have in my soul, my skill set and my knowledge, in my heart. I will give it all, and even if that’s getting less and less the older I get, I will give you whatever I got.

“They send [El] Desperado, they send Jun Kasai. They send [Hiroshi] Tanahashi, they send [Tomohiro] Ishii, they send [Minoru] Suzuki,” Moxley said. “I’ve never said no to an opponent in New Japan Pro-Wrestling and I never will. One day, I’m going to run out of people and one day that list is going to get smaller and smaller. And on that day, dreams will become a reality. Your dreams of me rolling over New Japan Pro-Wrestling with all the gold, all the championships, all the tournaments, everything in my fuckin’ bookcase, all that shit. I’m going to have it all. Any opponent, any style, any place, any time, I don’t care. I am the best fucking wrestler in the world.”
