Damian Priest shares his thoughts following his win at WWE Money in the Bank.
At WWE Money in the Bank, Priest won the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match. Now that he holds the contract within the briefcase, he holds a title shot of his choosing, so the Judgment Day member can target any championship.
In a WWE Money in the Bank Exclusive, Priest commented on his victory and stated that it felt right.
“It feels right. It feels like this contract is exactly where it belongs. It belongs in the hands of someone who’s not only ready, but is here to take the next step and become el campeón.
When asked about his plans with the briefcase, Priest noted that he didn’t want to give away the surprise, though he teased that he has his sights set on one title in particular.
“If I do that, then where’s the surprise? There’s a lot to consider, and I’m considering everything, all the championships,” Priest said. “But I have my eye on one, and you’ll know soon enough.”
Later in the show, Priest came to ringside during Finn Balor’s match with WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins and somewhat cost him the match.
