Several matches have been added to AEW x NJPW Forbidden Door.
As announced on the June 21 episode of AEW Dynamite, the Owen Hart Foundation Cup Tournament will be part of the pay-per-view, as CM Punk will face Satoshi Kojima in a quarterfinal match. This will be Punk’s first pay-per-view match since AEW All Out 2022; he returned to AEW on the June 17 episode of AEW Collision.
Elsewhere on the show, Orange Cassidy will defend the AEW International Championship against Zack Sabre Jr., Katsuyori Shibata, and Daniel Garcia. Plus, Willow Nightingale will challenge Toni Storm for the AEW Women’s World Championship.
