Bandido has been sidelined with an injury.
In a post on his Facebook page, the former ROH World Champion star revealed that he suffered a broken wrist in his match against Konosuke Takeshita on the June 16 episode of AEW Rampage, which was taped on June 14.
“This is cracked! At the AEW Rampage event against Takeshita I broke my wrist and the first diagnosis has been that it is a triangular fibrocartilag complex injury and I need surgery as soon as possible evento On Monday I will go for the second and final opinion as soon as I have to cancel my closest commitments! an apology to all the fans,” Bandido wrote. As of this writing, it is unclear how long Bandido will be sidelined. WrestleZone will provide more information as it becomes available.
