Two more superstars qualified for the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match.
On the June 9 episode of WWE SmackDown, Mustafa Ali and Santos Escobar clashed in a qualifying match. In a high-flying bout between two of the most athletic superstars in WWE, Escobar was the one who came out on top, winning with a big Phantom Driver for the pin and win.
In the second qualifying match, Baron Corbin and Pete “Butch” Dunne went at it, and in a relatively quick match, Butch was able to put Corbin away. In the end, Dunne caught Corbin after he tried to hit a big attack, before dropping him in a vicious move to win.
With the two wins, the Men’s Money in the Bank Ladder Match now includes Ricochet, Shinsuke Nakamura, LA Knight, Santos Escobar, and Butch, with one more spot left to be decided.
