The worlds of WWE and the NFL have collided multiple times over the years, but things were taken to the next level this week thanks to The Miz and Seth “Freakin” Rollins.
Thursday night, the NFL announced their upcoming schedule for the 2023 season. Multiple teams decided to show off their creativity on social media by showcasing their schedule in very unique ways.
The Cleveland Browns’ schedule release featured The Miz doing color commentary on a wrestling-centric video called Dawg Pound Wrestling. You can check out that out by clicking here.
Meanwhile, the Chicago Bears did their schedule release announcement in a restaurant with Seth “Freakin” Rollins portraying the role of the cashier taking orders. You can see that video embedded below:
Funny enough, the Bears will play the Browns in week 15 of the 2023 NFL season. If WWE is smart, they’ll capitalize off of this with a match between the two on Monday Night RAW.
