David Heath (Gangrel) To Star In ‘The After Dark’

Gangrel and other wrestlers will be in an upcoming movie.

Michel Gingold of Fangoria reports that David Heath, also known as Gangrel, will make his feature-film lead debut in The Sfter Dark Vampires. Heath has been cast as Vigo, leader of the old world.

Per the official synopsis, “The After Dark is the story of two warring clans of vampires and what happens when one jumps clans from the stuffy old world to the fun punk rock nightlife that takes place at The After Dark club.”

In an interview with Fangoria, Tom Devlin noted that he scripted The After Dark with Lola Devlin and Josh Cornell, and he produced the film with his Plan 10 Pictures alongside Kayla Bushell.

The cast also includes Sinn Bodhi (also known as Kizarny,) former WWE superstar Paul London, independent wrestlers Leroy “The Human Tack Board” Patterson and Wes “Beast the Butcher” Logan. Lars Frederiksen of Rancid is also part of the cast.

Throughout his 30-year career, Heath has worked for WWE, AEW, WCW, and MLW, among other companies. He is currently attached to the relaunch of Championship Wrestling from Florida as a producer.
