It appears that pro wrestling companies New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW), Pro Wrestling NOAH, and All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) are set to make an announcement in the coming days.
The three promotions all posted the same video to their Twitter accounts on Saturday night. The video is only 15 seconds long and shows the words “restart” and “unite everyone’s power again and again”. It ends with revealing there will be an announcement on April 12 at 18:00 JST, which is 5am on the east coast of the USA.
The three promotions are no stranger to doing inter-promotional events. NJPW recently partnered with Pro Wrestling NOAH for a joint Wrestle Kingdom event that took place in January of 2023. Keiji Muto’s NOAH retirement event also had representation from both AJPW and NJPW earlier this year.
